Customer Insights Analyst - ONSITE

Primary Function
The Marketing Research Analyst is responsible for the development of internal and external surveys using a variety of platforms that include but are not limited to, Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, Experience.com, and others. This person will create custom surveys as defined by Newrez Originations and Servicing divisions. This person will be responsible for managing the implementation of surveys as well as the collection and dissemination of results along with maintaining onboarding/offboarding of employees within the platform as well as troubleshooting employee issues/questions as needed.
Principal Duties:
- Program, test, and distribute a variety of survey instruments across various divisions and departments.
- Review survey requirement documentation and provide clear and concise feedback with regards to programming considerations.
- Develop and test custom solutions for specific survey requirements, working closely with the business owners to ensure their needs are met.
- Ensure surveys are accurately and efficiently programmed, allowing for accurate data collection and ease of back-end data processing.
- Provide an engaging and user-friendly respondent experience.
- Design results dashboards and provide reports, as necessary.
- Monitor performance of survey platforms, providing feedback to the team and vendors, as necessary.
- Monitor and actively respond to all technical support needs related to surveys and reporting.
- Communicate progress of survey project assignments, completion rates, and deadlines.
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Marketing Research, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-4 years’ experience related Marketing Research experience.
- 2-4 years’ experience working with survey platforms.
- 6 years’ experience working with data.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of survey design.
- Ability to translate survey requirements into a functional, user-friendly survey that is responsive to the needs of both the respondents and the customer.
- Ability to work across functional boundaries and interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail is essential.
- Excellent written and oral skills.
- High familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Qualtrics desired.
- Experience with JavaScript, Structured Query Language (SQL), HyperText Markup Language (HTML) and/or Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a plus.
