This role is essential for ensuring the seamless operation and security of cloud networks, making it a vital position in any organization leveraging Azure technologies. The main focus will be developing and deploying Azure-based network architectures, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

• Monitor Network Performance: Continuously monitor Azure network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot Network Issues: Diagnose and resolve network problems to minimize downtime and service interruptions.
• Collaborate with IT Teams: Work closely with other IT professionals to design and implement efficient network configurations.
• Ensure Network Security: Implement and maintain security systems and protocols to protect network integrity.
• Manage Network Hardware and Software: Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software within Azure environments.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create detailed network reports and maintain documentation of network configurations and changes.
• Provide Technical Support: Offer technical support and guidance to end users and team members.

Required education and experience. Examples below.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ work experience as a Network Engineer, with a focus on cloud environments, particularly Azure.

Required knowledge, skills, and ability. Examples below.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in networking, routing, and switching; experience with firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
• Azure Expertise: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure solutions, including virtual networks, VPN configurations, and hybrid cloud strategies.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate, Cisco (CCNA, CCNP), or equivalent
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
