Sr. Foreclosure Performance Analyst (On - Site)

Primary Function
The Sr Foreclosure Performance Analyst will monitor the department workflow, productivity, and adherence to process timelines set forth by industry standards and investors, based on reports and collected data. The Sr Foreclosure Performance Analyst will work with other departments to clear any impediments to timely foreclosure milestone management. Areas of focus will include holds monitoring, productivity improvement, reporting development, production of ad hoc data analysis related to productivity KPIs, SLAs, and financial transactions (expenses/advances). The Sr Foreclosure Performance Analyst will also provide assistance with routine audits and requests for information from clients/investors. Perform special projects as needed.
Principal Duties
- Provide oversight, management, and monitoring of department workflow to ensure timely and accurate process adherence
- Work with other departments to clear any impediments to a timely foreclosure process
- Communicate with Investors in response to inquiries regarding foreclosure timelines
- Coordinate with the foreclosure management team to assist with data analysis and provide direction to aid in the prioritization of work
- Monitor productivity and determine means to increase output
- Oversee the implementation for new process and change to existing procedures
- Be responsible for accurate reporting of results
- Provide assistance and support for routine audits and for continued adherence set forth by client and investor requirements
- Provide detailed reporting on foreclosure processes in order to improve existing programs
- Perform ad hoc queries as necessary
- Work with development teams for the execution and maintenance of performance dashboard queries
- Ensure that process documentation is complete and accurate
- Performs related duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience required
- 5-7 years mortgage servicing experience, preferably in foreclosure
Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements
- Excel skills required; SQL skills desired but not required
- Experience with the LPS Desktop System
- Familiarity with foreclosure timelines and Federal and State statutes is required
- Must have strong communication skills, strong analytical skills.
- Must be able to pull data as well as analyze it in order to build stronger legal programs
